
Polly began practicing yoga ten years ago. Like many, she was frist drawn to Yoga as an alternative type of fitness workout. As she deepened her practice, she discovered the mind, spirit, body connection and sense of overall well-being that Yoga brought to her life. Yoga soon became an integral part of her being.
A daily practitioner, Polly yearned to learn more of the history, technique and philosophy of Yoga and enrolled in the TRY4LIFE teacher program in 2009. She earned her 200 hour certification in July 2009. She continues to attend workshops and has had the opportunity to study with Cindy Lee, Rolf Gates, Max Strom, Mitchell Bleier and Janet Stone.
Enjoying the varied styles of these amazing teachers, and her desire to share Yoga with family, friends and others inspires her to teach an eclectic blend of Yoga that draws from her experience with these and several local, inspirational teachers.
